Purchasing Tickets

The Farmers Insurance Open is proud to offer discounted tickets to all Active Duty, Reserve, Retired and Veteran military members for Rounds 1 and 2 (Thursday & Friday). To purchase, log onto GOVX to verify military service and receive a unique promo code. This offer is limited to one transaction, with a maximum quantity of 4 tickets (can be 4 tickets for one day, or 2 tickets each for Thursday and Friday).

Youths 15 & under are admitted free when accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

Managing Tickets

Your email may be blocked from receiving emails from Ticketmaster, please check your Junk or Spam folder. If you still do not see your ticket confirmation, please login to your tournament account by clicking here using the email you used to purchase and see if you can view your tickets there. Once you do, click “Manage Tickets,” and proceed to follow directions to Add to Mobile Wallet.

Yes. When they click the “Accept Tickets” button in the email they receive, they will be prompted to either set up an account or log in to their existing account.

You will see a confirmation notice on your screen after clicking “Transfer.” As well, you’ll receive an email notification that the tickets were sent. Once your friend accepts, you’ll receive a second email notifying you.

Yes, anyone can transfer tickets. Once a ticket or parking pass has been accepted, the ownership transfers from your account to their account.

We recommend they not accept the ticket unless they are sure they can attend, but if they do need to cancel have them transfer the ticket back or onward to the next guest.

Yes, but it’s simplest to transfer tickets to each attendee to streamline the entry process at the gates.

It is important that you still send them the ticket transfer offer to their preferred email address. If this step is taken, we can assist them on the day-of at our on-site ticket service locations at the Glider and East Entrances. Please note, there may be a wait.

No, the tournament is 100% mobile-entry. If you do not have a smartphone, you’ll need to visit the Ticket Services tent at either the Glider or East Entrance where staff can assist you. Please note, there may be a wait at peak times of the day.

No. The scanners will not scan a screenshot.

We will have Ticket Services to assist with any ticketing question. Since we are 100% digital, there are no physical tickets to pick up or drop off.

Account Manager is part of the Ticketmaster family. Since fans to the Farmers Insurance Open can have tickets to multiple days of the tournament, Account Manager allows for ticket coordination across the four-day tournament. It is used commonly in sports.

Shuttles run on a continuous loop from the lot. Please allow time for traffic especially in the afternoons.

No, Gliderport is not a parking option.

We offer free parking for all non-motorized bicycles in a safe and secure area courtesy of the San Diego County Bicycle Coalition. You must register in advance by securing a parking pass. Click here to get started.

We have a convenient drop-off and pick-up location at the Gliderport, which is on the south end of the course. Simply choose Farmers Insurance Open as your destination and your driver will be directed to our Uber Lot at 2880 Torrey Pines Scenic Drive, La Jolla, 92037.

Entry Policies

You may bring a small purse or bag (max size of 6”x 6” x 6”). View our full bag policy here .

You are allowed to bring pop-up chairs and stools but without its carrying bag. No lawn chairs or step stools allowed. Please visit our Permitted and Prohibited Items section for more information on what is not allowed into the tournament.

Fans may bring in a maximum of two (2) factory-sealed, bottled waters that are 16.9oz or less into the tournament.

On-Course Experience

Tee times are still being determined and will likely be posted in November.

Pairings will be posted online the night before each round.

Our schedule of events will be updated in the coming months as tee times are solidified.

Every fan finds a different day to his or her liking. Come out Thursday and Friday for Rounds 1 and 2 where you are guaranteed to see your favorite players take on Torrey. Then, return on Saturday and Sunday to enjoy the battle to see who will become our next champion.

No, there is no re-entry.

The Glider Rider presented by ServiceMaster, an interior shuttle loop, will operate each tournament day and help less mobile guests to more easily traverse the course. Guests will utilize safe, comfortable six-passenger shuttles running in a constant loop. The route will feature a total of four stops on Thursday and Friday and then concentrate on three stops Saturday and Sunday when all activity shifts solely to the South Course at Torrey Pines.

Please note, the Glider Rider presented by ServiceMaster is not wheelchair accessible.

There are basically two ways to watch a golf tournament. “Parade Style” is when you pick a spot and watch as the field passes by or “Cross-Country Style” is when you follow a particular player or group around the course.

No. Due to increased security policies, there is no public access to the driving range.

As an event on city property, smoking (including but not limited to: cigarettes, cigars, vape devices) is not allowed at any time.

The Farmers Insurance Open is a professional golf tournament and the PGA TOUR stop in San Diego. It is traditionally held the last week of January. San Diego has hosted a PGA TOUR event since 1952.
