* In preparation for potential weather delays, additional shuttles will be added and times will be extended to accommodate changes to the schedule.

IMPORTANT: Due to traffic and construction in the area from Wednesday thru Friday, we strongly encourage volunteers to carpool whenever possible and expect delays in the afternoon back to the volunteer parking lot.

Volunteer Uniform

All volunteers are required to purchase a basic volunteer package. This includes a volunteer badge, parking pass, volunteer jacket, polo shirt, hat and meals on days you work during tournament week. We are requesting that volunteers wear khaki pants, skorts or shorts (No Cargo Style Pants or Shorts – Shorts must be to knee-length) to keep everyone coordinated while out on course.

Please dress for warmth and remember to layer. White Long Sleeve shirts underneath your volunteer polos are OK.

Student Volunteers: Will receive a uniform jacket and hat as part of their student package. We ask that Student Volunteers wear a White Polo Shirt (School Logo OK).

Volunteer Headquarters and Check-in Locations

Volunteer Headquarters is located on “the pad” which is located to player’s right of 18th Fairway and behind the 9th Tee Box. In order to enter the Volunteer Headquarters, you MUST be wearing your full uniform and volunteer credential.

Please note that the Volunteer Headquarters is for WORKING VOLUNTEERS ONLY on days assigned. No friends or family members are allowed access to the Volunteer Headquarters.

Volunteers should check-in with their Chairman each morning at the assigned committee check-in table.

Volunteer Food & Beverage

We will have a new concessionaire for the 2017 Tournament called Behind the Scenes. After careful review of feedback from our volunteer survey as well as discussions with committee chairman we have made the following changes:

Breakfast: We have added a Continental Breakfast Buffet with more options in the morning. Breakfast is first come, first served but we are working with the caterer to ensure we have enough food during our morning rush.

Lunch: This is one of the major changes – After careful review of the volunteer survey and reviewing the hot lunch redemption for the last few years we have decided to no longer offer a hot lunch option in the Volunteer Headquarters. Moving forward all lunch vouchers will be valid at concession stands only and we will once again have a dedicated volunteer line from 11:00am – 1:30pm at specific concession stands located on course. All information will be listed on the meal vouchers.

We encourage everyone to redeem their voucher at a concession stand and bring back to the Volunteer Headquarters which will have a patio area for volunteers to enjoy the scenic view while taking a break.

NOTE: Some committees will have a boxed lunch delivered to them and will not receive a concession stand voucher

Afternoon Snack: We have added a light afternoon snack in the Volunteer Headquarters from Wednesday – Sunday. Exact serving time is TBD but will be posted inside the headquarters.

Personal Items & Storage

Please note that there is no storage of personal items during the tournament. We recommend leaving anything of value at home.

The Tournament will provide each volunteer with an approved drawstring backpack that volunteers will be allowed to use during the Tournament.
