Event Background:
The 2007 Nationwide Tour Championships is administered locally by the Century Club of San Diego and features the top 60 players on the money list playing for 25 PGA TOUR cards. Following the final round the 2007 Nationwide Tour Top 25 Money Winners will become official members of the 2008 PGA TOUR.
Event Format: 72 hole stroke play competition.
Event Purse: $775,000, first place prize is $139,500.

About Barona Creek Golf Club:
Barona Creek Golf Club will feature a par-72, 7,448 yard award winning course that has been ranked by Golfweek Magazine as 3rd Best Resort Course in California behind legendary courses such as Pebble Beach and Spyglass Hill and the 19th ranked Resort Course in the United States.
Television: The Golf Channel will be showing all four rounds of the event beginning on Thursday, November 1.
Tickets: Admission is free. Donations will be accepted in lieu of an admission charge with 100% of the proceeds earmarked for the Red Cross Fire Relief Fund. Upgrade into the Clubhouse tent is $10 and will be located in the Donation Booth.
Parking: Spectator Parking will be located on the 3rd & 4th Floor of the parking structure.
