Chip-in for Charity

Chip-In for Charity, administered by The Century Club of San Diego through the Farmers Insurance Open is a fundraising vehicle for local nonprofit organizations. The program provides charities and nonprofit organizations in San Diego with discounted tickets to the Farmers Insurance Open free of charge, to sell for $30 ($10-$20 off retail). The organization then keeps $20 out of $30 of each ticket.

All San Diego tax-exempt organizations are eligible to participate in Chip-In for Charity.

Sign Up for Chip-in for Charity


  • If your charity did not participate in the Chip-In for Charity Program in 2014 and did not submit either a W9 or 501(c)(3) determination letter, please upload a PDF of either of these tax forms by clicking the button below:
  • If your charity participated in the program in previous years, but not in 2014, you will be required to submit a new W9 or 501(c)(3) determination letter per the billing policy of the Century Club of San Diego. All applications for charities who did not participate in 2014 must be accompanied by a W9 or 501(c)(3) determination letter for approval.
    If your charity participated in the Chip-In for Charity program in 2014, you can skip this step.

  • By checking this box and by participating in the Chip-in for Charity, I hereby acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to abide by and comply with all rules, terms, conditions, and prohibitions contained in or referenced in the 2015 Chip-in for Charity Handbook. I understand that my school’s participation in the Chip-in for Charity Program is at-will and at the sole discretion of the Century Club of San Diego. I further acknowledge that violation of the aforementioned rules, terms, conditions, and prohibitions associated with the Chip-in for Charity, including, but not limited to the sale of Chip-in for Charity Tickets online, in the “no sell zone” will constitute grounds for my school’s removal from the Program following the 2015 Farmers Insurance Open.
